Delicious Recipe for Gorgonzola Penne Pasta with Walnuts

has posted a great recipe for Gorgonzola Penne Pasta with Walnuts.  This dish looks so delicious that we just had to share the recipe with you!

What You Will Need:

-Penne Pasta

-Olive Oil (can be substituted with Walnut Oil)

-Walnuts (1/4 cup per serving)

-Gorgonzola (can be substituted with other types of bleu cheese)


Begin by preparing your penne pasta to suit your palate (al dente is always great for pasta.) In a separate dry frying pan, toast your walnuts for one to two minutes. Once your noodles are done, place them on a serving dish and top the noodles with Gorgonzola and drizzle a small amount of Olive Oil over the pasta.  Now, sprinkle some of your heated walnuts over the penne pasta. Bon Appetit!
