We're all about the garden right now, and I'm loving this new magazine I just picked up at the grocery...

It's full of great herb gardening tips and fabulous recipes too...
Not a lot of time tonight for anything difficult so how about?...
Pimento Cheese With Horseradish

2 to 3 tablespoons fresh grated horseradish
12- ounce package sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
1 (4ounce) jar chopped pimentos, drained
1/3 to 1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 teaspoon Dijon-style mustard (optional)
Freshly ground pepper
Pinch ground red pepper
1 large clove finely minced or pressed garlic (optional)
Combine ingredients and chill.
Variations: You can add chopped onions, sweet pickles, sliced olives, mustard or Worcestershire sauce.
Brush the outside of sandwiches with melted butter and cook on the griddle until golden.
Easy but delicious...So glad!
Let's eat outside...
