Our Sweet and Sour Meatball recipe is simple and delicious...
Recipe yields 12 meatballs...Figure accordingly...
Mix 1 tablespoon of garlic powder with one pound of ground chuck. Roll into balls and brown in skillet. For the sauce mix one bottle of chili sauce with 10 ounces of grape jelly. Heat on the stove until jelly is melted and blended into sauce. One sauce recipe per two or three meatball recipes will work.
Pork tenderloin with Jezebel sauce...Yummy!!!
Rinse and pat dry pork tenderloins. Mix half and half balsamic vinegar and olive oil and drizzle over both sides. Make a dry rub of garlic powder, fresh minced rosemary, salt and pepper. Sprinkle all over and rub in the meat. Roast at 500 degrees for 20-30 minutes depending on the size of the tenderloins and your preference to doneness.
The Jezebel sauce really makes this...also good on other meats or over a block of cream cheese with crackers...
10 ounces of apple jelly
10 ounces of pineapple preserves
8 ounce jar of prepared horseradish
1 tablespoon of dry mustard
1 teaspoon of black pepper
Combine all and refrigerate for 8 hours or overnight...

I also picked up mini chicken salad bites and awesome mini pie shooters (chocolate and coconut cream) from Cross Creek Sandwich shop in Conway, Arkansas. If you are from Arkansas you have to find this place and try one of their sandwiches and awesome pies. They are fabulous!
